OMNI — Returns & Refunds

At OMNI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.

1. Returns

You can request a return for an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to your legal cancellation rights.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached. Please ensure the item is not damaged, washed or altered.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items, subject to your legal rights.

2. How to request a return

Please include:

Your order number.
Your name.
The item you wish to return.
The reason for your return.

We will provide you with the return instructions.

3. Return postage

For unwanted items returned because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage unless we have stated otherwise.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange an appropriate solution in line with your legal rights.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where legally required. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery service will not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.
